About Company

BITUL is a Polish family company that mainly manufactures bicycle tools. Our offer also includes bicycle accessories such as hangers, holders and stands. The offered products are based on our and our clients' many years of bicycle experience with whom we cooperate at the stage of designing and testing tools.

We have our own machine park, carefully selecting the technology and production process. In order to obtain the highest quality, we use CNC machines.

The created products are characterized by high accuracy, durability, affordable price, good appearance and, above all, a well-thought-out concept. All items are protected against corrosion by galvanizing or powder coating. These are effective methods that guarantee high durability of products and an aesthetic appearance.

The products from our offer are our proprietary projects. Before they are sold on a regular basis, our products are tested by ourselves, by friendly cyclists and by bicycle repair shops.

Our tools are produced in cooperation with Polish contractors. We attach great importance to ensuring that the components used are manufactured in Poland.

We want our hallmark to be very good customer service. Each Buyer, regardless of the value of the order, receives an individual message about the status of the order, shipment of the item and tracking number.

The photos of the offered products are taken by us, they reflect their real and current appearance.

All offered items undergo quality control before sale.

A fiscal receipt is issued for each transaction and a VAT invoice is issued upon request.
