Delivery time

The total order processing time (including delivery) depends on the form of shipment and the place of its delivery. We send our products by postal or courier services. The form of delivery is chosen by the Customer during the ordering process. We provide courier services only within the EU. For other countries, we only ship by letter. Some tools cannot be shipped by mail.

The offered products are in stock, however, it may happen that the time of order fulfillment is extended. In such cases, we always contact the Customer and jointly determine the form of order fulfillment.

Shipping costs

It depends on the type of shipment, payment method, place of delivery and the total weight of the order. The entire order is shipped in one package and the Customer pays one delivery cost.
